What events raise stock prices?

I am making a list of events that raise stock prices (of a stock) So far I have these:

Good earnings reports

New CEO

New Product

New / Large Contract or Sale

Am I missing any?

    stock prices are very much earnings-driven. so when earnings reports come out, if a company makes more than expected, or less than expected, the stock price will likely move up or down.

    also, any relevant news expected to impact future earnings will be gone over by covering analysts and market participants and they will use the new info to either bid up or down stock prices, bringing them into a sort of equilibrium.

    other economic data is important, particularly to certain sectors of the market. and if overall economci growth is down, and the market goes down, it is very likely that your stock, even a good one, will go down w/the market. maybe not as much, but still in the same relative direction.
