Judgments. Who here has the purity of soul to stand in judgment of others?
No specific religion in mind. Just a person who has done nothing for which he/she can be judged.

It's our responsibility to judge others we don't have to be perfect, or should we just eliminate our legal system because no human is pure enough to stand in judgment?

It is human nature to judge someone and sometimes it is a matter of survival or to protect another to be able to judge someone. For example, if you found out your friend was a child molester and had proof, would you still want that friend around you? Or would say
" Who am I to pass judgement" and continue the friendship as if nothing was wrong?

Dear Darkdiva,
There is no person who has not sinned against God. However, God has ordained that we should obey those who rule over us as long as they do not tell us to do something contrary to the Bible. If the government makes a law commanding us to do something contrary to the Bible, then we are not to obey it. Christians are to take the punishment or reercussions of not following that law for God's glory. Governments have judges and police to enforce the law of the land.

Only God.
But there is a very important distinction between judging others and showing others from the Bible what God says is wrong.
So many say 'You're judging me, and the Bible says: "Judge not lest ye be judged"!' I'm not judging. I'm saying: 'Here's what God had written in the Bible.' If they're doing those things, that's up to God to decide. I'm just the messenger.

Everyone on earth is a sinner. There is no one who has sinned less enough to judge others. I think we as people cast many stones at others to hide the insecurities and impurities of ourselves. jesus Christ is the only who can judge the people of this world with no prejudice, and unconditional love.

Judging as in sentencing to condemnation - no. Judging as to whether something right or wrong was done - yes, sins are fairly well defined.
...If you go with someone else's husband, that's adultery - whether you want someone to say it or not. By the way, what John Edwards did was wrong - that's my judgement, but I'm not sentencing him or casting the first stone.

No one is that pure or worthy.
We are all are guilty of something.
There are things that are considered universal truths and judgments.
We should not kill, lie, steal, etc.
(Amazingly, the ten commandments say the same thing.)
We can judge accordingly.
We all make decisions and judgements everyday,
regarding ourselves and others.
The warning is that by the same standards we judge others,
we ourselves will be judged.

God is the ultimate Judge.
But as far as life on earth is concerned, you can't help it: one way or another you're gonna pass judgment on people.
