Why is code pink crazy????

Well, I don't blame their concern about the military sending kids to combat and getting killed. But they are fueled by too much media. When in fact isn't portrayed like it is on CNN and etc...

But I agree about being crazy! They promote about Americans getting killed for no reason but the same time, they spit and tear the skin off those kids that they were praying for. It is like in a wierd sense...I send my child off to pre-school and then beat and maim her for going to school!

I don't get it how they act like this as if they think that the whole US supports them and it only, ONLY goes on at Berkely! This doesn't exist anywhere else in the whole US. But they tend to think that they are in the right and the military is in the wrong. From judging of their demonstrations, they are concerned about our young going off to combat but want to kill them when they return! It makes no sense to me!

Haha! Like below says, they are mostly made up of the counterculture movement of the 60s. They are the patrons of LSD and pot and other drugs that altered their minds. One of them hippies said that they should have a Dept. of Peace instead of Defense. Yea, that would work! Let's play patty cake with Saddam and bin Laden, and give them Care Bear presents to show we care...just maybe that might stop them from killing innocent people! I wish it worked that way. But hey, do you give your disobedient children candy or a butt whipping?

I spent almost 3-years of combat duty in Afghanistan and Iraq, from what I know, the Iraqi citizens welcomed us into their homes, invited us for dinner, and I have attend their prayer sessions (I'm Judeo, we understand the same prophets). Never, in my whole time there have been non-kindred to such hatred by them, nor my Marines toward them! Despite all the insurgency from the surrounding countries that are the radicals, they wish the threat was over! It was Syria and Iran that were the enemies of Iraq long before we entered 'invaded' their country!

San Francisco (where I live) is covered with "Code Pink" people and it drives me nuts.

They don't understand that we do not hear half of what is happening and that things are a lot more complicated than they realize.

We are laying out lives on the line for there right to protest, and yet they are protesting us, those who dedicate there lives to the freedoms they have.

I just hit up YouTube for these videos you were walking about and OH MY GOSH, these people really are nuts. I am going to stick with my opinions that they have NO IDEA what is REALLY going on in our world currently.

They subscribe to the notion that any publicity is good publicity. They are largely the spawn of drug addicted children of the 60's that grew up with tales of heroism against the establishment and want to emulate mom and dad. They enjoy being the stereotypical Californian. Not much more to them than that.

Just ignorance. Code Pink simply does not understand what is going on. At Berkeley, it is fashionable to protest and try to change the world.

So, they think that they are the 'in' crowd and are being cool by protesting something.

Mostly just college kids that have never worked a day in their life and have nothing better to do the go out and "make a difference in the world".

And please do not think that Berkeley is all of California.

The news only highlights the weirdos. most of the state is very conservative and probably not much different than your state.

Code pink is not necessarily "crazy," just a bit over zealous and prone to putting publicity ahead of any real issues that they might have. Uncompromising, singled visioned, insecure, nothing-better-to-do dimwits who feel that they have finally found acceptance among their own peers.

what's Code purple? :S HAH. *basically searched it* HAH! "CODEPINK. women folk for peace!" i think of that it fairly is unaware of them to do the form of element. conflict is a few thing which would be prevented, particular, yet many international locations choose to no longer see the 'peace' fringe of conflict. lol omg, this code purple element is hilarious. As a lady, and a peace-lover myself, i understand this is not possible to circumvent conflict, so as a substitute, i applaud them for attempting ^^

Some people just don't get it, and well I guess it's no surprise they are most out spoken in California.
