This is one of my favorite meals.... and it's called, "Just throw it all together and have fun!"
Seriously, I'd cut up the chicken breast into chunks and lightly brown in a bit of olive oil. Add 2 c. water and a couple of bouillon cubes, and whatever seasonings, along with a cup of white rice. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn down to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Slice up the kielbasa into chunks and add to the rice, along with a cup or two of vegetables. Cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the kielbasa and vegetables are hot.
If you had some shrimp or scallops, this would be what the Spanish call a "paella." Either way, it's going to be yummy!
<edit>
You could saute the onions and peppers with the chicken....

I see you have received a lot of recipes for jambalaya. I lived in Louisiana for a long time and I love jambalaya but this recipe is an easy twist on jamb that my family loves.
Cajun Kabobs
Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch chunks. Cut the kielbasa into one inch chunks. Put about 1/4 cup vegetable and 1 teaspoon crush oregano in a medium bowl. Toss the meat chunks in the seasoned oil and then put on skewers. Cook on a grill until chicken is done.
Serve with rice, french bread and a green salad.
You can add the peppers and onions to the skewers if you want.

I would make some type of stirfry with that. Season the chicken with something and cut it up with the kielbasa. Mix it together with the couscous or rice and maybe add some type of sauce.

Cut your kielbasa and chicken breast into small pieces and saute with chopped onion and garlic. Steam your potatos until they are tender and cube or slice. Add to chicken and kielbasa mixture. Season liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic. Add chopped red peppers and cook until crisp tender and potatos are browned. If you want, add your corn (drained if canned) to this mixture. Sprinkle with cheese if you have it and serve. This should provide your family with a tasty and filling meal that incorporates your ingrediants.

Chicken fried rice is a great way to stretch a small amount of meat. Boil chicken until cooked. Dice into small pieces. Cook at least 2 cups rice, drain and cool. In a frying pan saute onions and celery (if you have it). Add rice and stir fry until golden. Add soya sauce to taste and cooked meats. Season with salt. Hope this helps you out.

Do you have any potatoes? If so, make fried potatoes (In skillet) as you normally would....Cut up chicken into small bits & cook, then add kielbasa & chicken to potatoes about 10 minutes before its done.
