Who thinks Hillary will torpedo Obama's campaign?
Everybody knows that Hillary wants to be POTUS. IF Obama gets elected, her next real opportunity will be the 2016 election. Could she really wait 8 years to run again? That would make her 68 or 69?
And for clarity, I am a conservative.
I just ask, because I have heard over time that is her dream, if you will.
I was curious if she would sacrifice 2008 for her own ambition.
And, no, I don't support McCain either...
Good try though.
And McCain was born in 1936. He is 71.
Everybody criticizes him for his age. Is late late 60's any different.

The torpedo has already been launched. It will be a DOOZY!
What I wonder is what if she had a different name? She has no executive experience, a revoked law license in 2 of 3 states she once was licensed in, and just squandered a 1/4+ BILLION dollar campain war chest. My uncle a 3-store owner tells us that at the end Dominoes wouldn't deliver to the Clinton campaign without them paying cash.
Margaret Chase (for pres), Shirley Chisolm (for pres), G. Ferarro (vp) were all women who ran before Billary. Other than good PR spin why is she special?

Really age has little to do with it. There have been older and younger presidents who were not always with it. She is not really like a lot of people like to paint her. It has been a long and nasty campaign but not necessarily on either candidates part. We would have been better off without the press and the DNC both, as they have really messed up. The dream you hear of is mostly put out by those who do not like her. Well, hey, I don't like either of the other candidates and I'm not foaming at the mouth like they do when their names are glorified. It is my dream to be able to vote for a woman president before I die. I'm old, I may not get another chance. I haven't seen much good presidential quality in most of the men that have run in the past several years and I just think it is time for a woman. How is she sacrificing 2008? The DNC did that for her and the press went along.

OH DUDE!! i know this answer... well politically speaking hillary doesn't have much of a chance, but then again Obama is even a smaller minority than Hillary and she has a better platform especially one that is appealing to the younger generation that they feel can help all americans because, In west philidephia born and raised on the playground is where i spent most of my days. chillin out maxin relaxin an' actin' all cool shootin some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in the neighborhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared she said you're moving with ya auntie and ya uncle in bel-air. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror if anything i could say this cab was rare then i thought "Nah forget, yo holmes to bel-air!" we pulled up to the house about seven or eight and i said to the cabby yo holmes smell ya ;ater looked at my kingdom i was finally there sitting on my throne as the prince of bel-air. So yeah deez nuts! i have no clue what i was talking about in the beggining

I almost hope she's got a secret plan to burst into the presidential race. I'm not a Hillary supporter, but I support her over Obama (since we actually KNOW what she stands for). And even if Obama wins...nothing with stop Hillary. NOTHING. Not even the grave!

Thats the plan, when Obama picks her as vice and she turns him down it's all over. McCain will win and then she'll get her chance in 4 years.
The DNC can't bad mouth her for not wanting to play second fiddle to a loser, they know better than to do that.

Maybe if she had dumped her cheating husband instead of making a pact with the devil, she could have won this election on her own. She is so hungry to be POTUS that she would put up with a cheating husband for 30 years. She has a serious lack of judgement when is comes Bill, or else she is codependent in his sicko life.

I am sure Obama has some plan to use Hillary in some way such as in the cabinet if he wins. If not I expect Hillary to be running again in 2012.

not really. the democratic party still has to nominate obama for the presidency. if he does a really bad job then they will nominate another person and thus obama will not have the support from his party as he does now. just because you are president does not mean you automatically get to run for re-election

Hillary hasn't had to anything. Obama is doing a fine job of putting off the American people all by himself. Or are you setting Hillary up as your excuse for when Obama loses?

It's now or never i think. Mixing Hillary with the number 69 is very disconcerting.
