there's a guy I know. and we talk sometimes. but  I always notice him looking down at my boobs anyway. ones he was walking patst me and he wa staring at my boobs when he was walking past and whistling. does that mean that he was turned on?

i would say so,  i had the same thing happen to me by this one guy, i thought wouldn't do it. he always stares at my boobs and one time I wass like "ian, my face is up here." he was speechless.. next time he does it confront him about it.
