1st Cycle on Progesterone...suggestions please!?
My chart for this cycle is at, http://www.ivillage.com/fertilitychart/?c=%2BsQ8HG... I started progesterone 3DPO (to make my 10-11 day luteal phase longer) and that caused another temp shift after the normal ovulation shift. But could that have been an implantation dip 7DPO? Any ideas what the two vertical cover lines (or temp areas) are?
I'm suppose to test on Sunday and if it is negative my doc instructed me to stop the progesterone and let AF come. Do you think that I'd have enough hCG by 15DPO to tell for sure? I'm concerned about quiting the progesterone if it's too early to know the negative is for real. Suggestions or experiences?
Also, I've been having cramping the last 12 hrs or so. Could this be my body starting a period since I normally would start today or tomorrow? I hope not since the purpose of taking this was to make my luteal phase longer...
Thanks for any and all comments & suggestions =) Baby dust to all!

The temp box in the middle (drawn by the two lines) is suppose to be the time in which you are fertile. This program gave you a very large window however.
Progesterone causes your body temp to go up- whether it is naturally produced by your body or if you take through medication.
Unfortunately, you are just going to have to wait and see what happens. There are no clues in your chart that would give you the answer at this time.
Generally, at 15dpo there should be enough HCG in your system to register on a home pregnancy test. Use an early detection test. They are more sensitive- picks up lower levels of HCG. If you want to be very cautious wait until 18 dpo, before stopping to take the progesterone if you don't get a positive HPT or a period. If you start bleeding, stop taking the progesterone.
I wish you the best of luck.
