Any medical explanation for a jumping left eye?

For the past few days my left eye has been jumping(if that's the term I'm looking for)my glasses only have a script for the right eye.Some one said I could be low on potassium.Any ideas?oh i'm not superstitious.

    If it continues for a week, you should see an ophthalmologist. That's an eye doctor who's also an M.D. Good luck. :)

    Try eating 2 bananas a day. If that stops it, you can just buy potassium. Talk with your pharmacist. :)
