Is there anyway to add color to digital black& white or sepia digital pictures? I had someone to take pics at a party although very pretty, the majority of the pics are black & white or sepia. I'm not happy because the decorations were so rich and pretty in red,black,white & silver,with red and white roses.Now I'm stuck with a lot of colorless photo's. Please help. Are there any websites or a way to edit some of the shots? The pics are stored on a sandisk if that helps any.

I heard there was some type of gadget you can buy that would keep dogs from barking. Anyone ever heard of anything like that? My neighbors have moved there most hyper dog by my bedroom window, It's keeping me up late at night and waking me early in the morning. I've talked them twice called the police a few times,I really don't want to file a complaint if I can fix the situation myself. Any suggestions?

In 2006 I closed down my shop it was my understanding that the agency would take the shop equipment and we would be square. they claim they only got $1300 for the equipment and now want to sue me for $3000 in smalls claims court on a debt they claim is $14000. They say they will settle for 2500 cash by the end of the week. I don't have 2500cash. But offered 1500 with monthly payments of $100 ballooning in February around tax time. they rejected my offer saying that since 2006 i've purchased a vehicle and have credit cards. What should I do? or what should I expect in court tomorrow.

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a home. Trying to beat the clock for the 09 tax credit. Keep in mind I'm in what is considered rural areas in the midwest. Even though it's nothing like farmland. My question is does anyone know of any programs/grants that will help you with buying appliances and etc. for your new home, if you meet certain income guidelines?

I was up all night because I kept hearing shuffling in the corners of my bedroom. Of coarse it was a mouse. I've never had to deal with any since I've been on my own. I was told that soaking cotton balls with peppermint oil or extract would get rid of it. Needless to say at 5 am this morning I'm at Wal-mart trying to find something to get rid of the critter. I bought peppermint extract, concealed mouse traps, d-con mice poison,and a $20 electrical pest control. Any suggestions on whats best? I refuse to share my home with Mickey or Jerry! I also heard it's never just one mouse. Should I call the landlord?

A friend of mine finished truck driving school,and went out to training with a company. Unfortunately,he failed the drug testing and was sent home and told to attend SAP classes. He has since enrolled in treatment and doing well.So what can he do next to persue his trucking career.How long should he wait?What are the consequences?
