Can you snap your own neck?

Can you take your hands and snap your own neck. I'm not going to I just wanted to know.

Update:

I mean break it; kill yourself.

    You probably could, but your neck would break and you would probably die.

    UGH! My Bother in law does it all the time, but I certaintly don't recommend it. People even need to be careful to relax when you have it cracked by the chiropractor because you can cause more damage than good if you stiffen up.

    i can crack it loudly XD. i think it would take alot of strength and depression to actually snap it tho.

    jump off a skyscaper and land on your head, but i like the noose idea best.
