The best I can come up with is the Broadband Fax Machine from Panasonic. Like UXB-800SE or UX-D1200, "recipients will receive as an attached PDF or TIFF file directly in their e-mail..." quoted from amatteroffax.com.
But not exactly sure where you can buy one, other than online stores. Hope this helps.
