Which month is the best time to go to Disney World? October,November,or December?
My family is planning on going to Disney World. We were going to go in the middle of October but someone said it was pretty crowded near Veterans day and Canadian holiday. So we were thinking maybe November, but some people said December was absoultley beautiful and we would go early december as well early or mid november. And I DO NOT care about water parks. Mostly crowds! Which month is the best time to go? (Please only tell me either these 3 months no others)

November. They start getting ready for Christmas. It's the least crowded month out of the three. It should be nice weather and there are no really big holidays that will make it really crowded in November. Try the end of November and they have it all decorated and Christmas parades. Have fun!

My family is a bunch of Disney veterans, and we found that the first two weeks of November are pretty empty. The first weekend, though, is typically "Jersey Week" because we have a 5-day school weekend every year.
Halloween in Disney was incredible but very crowded. Around Thanksgiving is crowded and the closer you get to Christmas is generally more congested. But Christmas in Disney is also an incredible experience. The Christmas decorations go up in the middle of November so you can enjoy them any time after that.

There are always going to be some crowds at Disney World. It is the number one vacation destination in the world. I always worry that when people ask this question, they are looking for an 'empty' time at the parks and that doesn't exist. That said, the times you are considering are slower. Of the three, I like early December best. The holiday decorations are beautiful and Disney goes all out. Also, the temperatures are great. Last year, October was very hot.

well veterans day is in november not october so that wouldn't be a factor for october but it would be for november. columbus day is in october though. but those little holidays don't make the parks super crowded at all.
infact the bigger holidays around that time don't make the parks super crowded either like halloween and thanksgiving. i've been there at those times and its not too crowded.
personally i'd go in december.
all of the christmas decorations are up and lights, and huged christmas trees, and christmas music, and even some of the attractions are xmas themed.
and during the first 3 weeks of december there are very low crowds.
that is my favorite time of year to go.
and i will be warm like 70's and it doesn't rain much at all.

I live in Orlando.. the weather is going to be ultra nice!! Right now there is significantly less humidity and the evenings are getting cooler. It will be even better in December! You are probably going to need to bring a pair of jeans and a sweater or long sleeve t-shirt becasue it can get chilly! As far as the parks, I have an annual pass. The time you are going to be there is a great time to go to the parks. There significanly fewer people in the parks compared to the crowds in the summer months. The lines will not be bad at all, but you still may want to get a fast pass for the more popular rides. Have a great time!

If you just want to avoid crowds then any time between Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas will be the least crowded time in those three months. And a plus is the parks and hotels will all be decorated for the holidays!

Well the first time I went to Disney was November of 1999. I had a lot of fun and I remember it wasn't that busy. It was around Veterns Day. I remember when I wen to "It's a small world" my friend and I were totally alone on the ride.
So I would recommend early november. Cause later on you would have people going down there for Thanksgiving break!

Early December is best. It is the least crowded AND the cheapest. It also has great special Xmas shows and events. That said, there's a bunch of great weeks in those three months.
--Avoid earlier October because of both veterans day and the fact that you are still in the higher part of the hurricane season.
--Avoid (of course) Thanksgiving week and Xmas and New Years.

Hope this helps and have a great trip!! Dave

Well all three of those months have holidays, usually its busiest around holidays, but I guess you can't get around that.
I'd say December. It's the coldest so most people wouldn't want to be walking around a theme park.
Plus, it'll be all decorated!
