how do you treat a burn?

A healing tattoo and a mild burn are pretty similar wounds so I treat them the same. Wash a few times a day for the first few days with fragrance-free soap and put a bit of fragrance-free lotion on it to keep it moisturized.
Obviously that is not a treatment you want to use for serious burns but for mild ones it works just fine. Simple treatment is best, IMHO.

I'm not sure that vinegar is a very good idea
