Haha Astros is a good pick. Just Kidding.
I would like to see the Brewers win it, but I'd say the Cubs win the division and the Brewers get the wild card.

Losing streaks happen in baseball. It's just the matter of rebounding from that streak. My team resides in the NL West so you could say the same thing about the D-Backs and the Dodgers. When the Dodgers were losing 8 straight, the D-Backs lost 6 out of 8 but for some reason, I would much rather see the Brewers or the Cubs in the playoffs than the Cardinals or the Astros. They already went to the World Series this decade and besides, they're both a weaker team than they were a year ago or two.

regrettably, the early season rain-outs are going to have a considerable say in what occurs in the previous couple of weeks. The Cardinals now no longer have an afternoon off. actually, they are enjoying 31 video games in 30 days for the time of September. The September call-united stateswill might desire to make an impact this season for the Cardinals to win the branch. they have some no longer elementary video games, yet i do no longer think of eighty 5/86 wins is out of attain, which in simple terms might desire to be adequate to win the branch. One huge factor: the Cardinals have 4 adult adult males on their team (Pujols, Eckstein, Rolen and Edmonds) with almost as lots playoff adventure because of the fact the Cubs and Brewers blended. which will play an significant function to boot.

They all want it, but they're all in a slump right now. All teams have it. I'm pretty positive the Cubs will get it anyway, and the Brewers or Cardinals will get the wild card. Lucky for the Cubs that they're slump is when the Cardinals and Brewers are having theirs too.

Wish the Blue Jays were in that division.
They keep winning games but its always Rays, Red Sox and Yankees pulling off each and every game also!
What a competitive division the Blue Jays are in!

Your observations are extremely valid.
However, this is why MLB teams play a 162 game schedule.
Winning a division or wild card spot, is supposed to be "TOUGH".
Of course, all the teams you mention, want that division crown.
But, stuff happens.
Get over it. Root for your team.
In your case, GO "ASTROS"
This is what baseball is all about.

i agree with you. the 'stros seem to want it...but it always helps when they go on a win streak and the others go on a losing streak
