Wasn't Jesus a community organizer?

Martin Luther King? Ghandi?

I think Obama was part of a good tradition.

Update:

First and foremost, Christ was a man. That was the strength of his message that he came as a man.

I'm just tired of hearing:

Rudy who made millions helping the makers of Oxycontin push their wares

Fred who used to lobby for Planned Parenthood before he became Mr. ProLife

Sarah Palin who professes Christian values but in her short time as governor cut the funding of a shelter for parenting teens.

I will support the candidate who walked the walk and did his best to improve his community.

    Funny, but I don't remember Jesus, MLK, or Ghandi running for public office. Might have been that whole "render unto Cesear" thing.

    Jesus was not a man,He was God in the form of man,Also He stated,That He did not come to earth to bring peace,but to pit son against father,daughter against mother.He was to sacrifice for the souls of men.Typical that you would only take a piece of it to fit your agenda,to try to make a point

    The Christian Right don't care about Jesus' MInistry, they only care about political issues that touch on the subject of sexuality-sex ed, condoms, abortion, homosexuality.
