have you seen this video clip of Jon Stewart?

Please before commenting... at least watch the video clip and then respond if he pretty much pointed out some facts in how the Republicans seem to forget the things they have said in the past. Especially Karl Rove. Click below... watch & laugh

I watch Jon Stewart for entertainment only.

Otherwise, I will have to allow him to influence me when he showed clips of Biden saying Obama was not ready to lead.

I surely have viewed those, and that they are astonishing. that's approximately time the left rediscovered our maximum needed weapon--humor. permit's permit the main magnificent wing show itself as laughable and absurd, and we'd get a extra helpful listening to from the known public than with the aid of permitting them to show themselves of their different factor--as terrifying and dangerous. i do no longer comprehend if i could want Jon Stewart run for super apple Governor or stay in television--whichever place he can do extra injury in, he might desire to snatch it with the aid of the horns...

  • I don't understand how people can say it's not factual or that he's somehow not reliable because he's a comedian. He very cleverly used the Republican'ts words against them and showed that Fake A** News commentary changes depending on who their talking about. Do as I say not as I do.. It's the Republican't way.

Edit: Please explain to me how this is satire. He is CLEARLY making fun of Fox News(and if he's not, he made them look like morons, what a good friend), not making fun of people who make fun of Fox News. That would be satire.

Source(s): Fox News is fair and balanced if you're a Republican.

That was hilarious. They make their very own party look stupid and misinformed.

Hypocrisy reigns in the Good Ole GOP

People can criticize Jon Stewart all they want, but there's oftentimes more truth on his show than on some of the so-called news stations. Thanks for my morning laugh.

I watched, and I laughed at you...For not understanding what comedy and political satire are all about

Jon Stewart is an independent...Voting for McCain, his close, personal friend

"Another notable moment occurred on April 4, 2006, when Stewart confronted his longtime friend, US Senator John McCain, about his decision to appear at Liberty University, an institution founded by Jerry Falwell, a man who McCain had previously denounced as one of the "agents of intolerance". In the interchange, Stewart asked McCain "You're not freaking out on us? Are you freaking out on us, because if you're freaking out and you're going into the crazy base [politics] world— are you going into crazy base world?" McCain replied "I'm afraid so." The clip was played on CNN and created a surge of articles across the blogosphere."

I saw that the other night.

it seems bizzare to me how many politicians, and pundits seem to have such short memory as to things that, like in that case, seem to have literally JUST happened.

    edit:

so things that public figures say, contrary to things they said previously, are suddenly less of a problem because they are brought to light in a comedy setting?

The Daily Show is on Comedy Central. People who believe this show is a valid news medium are fooling themselves. Their main mission is COMEDY not real politics. People make jokes based on lies all the time. If this came from a valid news source, I would find it more believable.

And, nope, I didn't watch it because I knew that there wasn't any point to watching it.

    Seen it and loved it.

Obviously the Mule hasn't even watched it. Yes, it's facts. It's video clips of the idiots speaking...first out of one side of their mouths and then the other. Great stuff.
