Questions about AT&T/Dish Network?

I currently have Time Warner Cable, but am thinking about switching all my services (phone, internet and cable) to AT&T, with Dish Network, as it would save me money. (if i get their QUAD package, it includes a cell phone, and the total for all 4 services would be less than what I pay for 3 services from TW)

Anyway....here are my questions:

I have roadrunner/cable internet right now. Is AT&T's DSL that much slower? Can you tell a difference?

Anyone have dish network? Is it reliable? Also they require a credit card, which I don't have. Will they know if I give them my debit card number? Anyone get around this?

Thanks for the advice in advance!

AT&Ts DSL is much slower. 1.5 MB Down top tops.

Do you really want all of your communications with one provider?

If your late they could shut your life down.

As for the debit card - they just changed the rule and require credit card. AT&T uses dish network and Also requires a credit card.
