Best Exercise Equipment for Weight Loss?
I am looking into buying a treadmill or an eliptical, and was wondering which would be the best one to get for someone who wants to lose weight in the belly, upper legs/thighs and the behind? I dont want to spend more than $500. I am also open to any ideas you have on other exercise equipment that would help with what I want to do.

I agree with everyone that the elliptical or treadmill is great, but a rebounder (mini trampoline) is something that would be helpful to add to lose pounds and burn fat.
Google: "rebounder weight loss" for a lot of information.
For me, 20-30 minutes per day on the rebounder, 5 days per week, with walking (or elliptical) works best to burn fat. Also add some light weights. Best of luck!

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. My dad lost fifty pounds just cutting back on food portions and walking is a great way to work out. Save your money first..see if you can get a routine going without equipment first. A lot of my clients have both machines gathering dust in a corner.

I would suggest a treadmill. An eliptical is good too. I have a treadmill, and I run about 3 miles a day on it. Great results. down 6 pounds in 2 weeks.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

distracted dining will get you in trouble avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater as you re bound to consume more calories

a regular treadmill is fine you don't even need one that works, as long as the belts intact and you can run on it then its perfect. fat will be lost as a whole, you can't target areas for fat loss, but working out that area will build the muscles which will give the area a sleeker look. if its your knees yourself an elliptical, same as the treadmill, as long as it moves its great.
