Do you find you tend to eat more when you are tired and run down...?

Been working alot lately and just had a tooth out and think i have an infection, and my appetite has increased (not excessively) on my few days off, do you find this happens to you??

Are you on any new medications - for the extraction, etc.?

Give your body a "break" ~ your immune system is working hard due to the extraction, and if you think you have an infection, call your dentist NOW.

Do not overwork when you are not physically well. It's just not wise.

Your appetite may increase because the excess working may have thrown off your usual intake and you may have resorted to "quick foods," so look back and see if that was the case.

Having a "bad tooth" will really mess up your immune system, so focus on lots of fresh or frozen fruits, and veggies, and get plenty of protein, and rest. See what happens if you forget about your increased appetite, and rest instead. . . but call the dentist!

Yeah I also eat more when the weather is bad! I think you need more food when it gets cold

Very much so, but I used to be really fat so food is like a comfort thing for me
