Is there any way to make my 360 Blast appear to "Friends Only"?
Yes, I know that there is an option for that in the drop down menu that appears when you change the blast. However, whenever I have chosen friends only it reverts to public. I don't always want my Blast to be public.

You should try editing your blast from the "Home" page (bottom left corner) instead of your "My Page". Click the link to the right of the "Can be seen by:". Change the text of your blast slightly. Choose the "Friends" option in the dropdown on the next page, then click the "Save" button. Wait for confirmation that your changes have been saved.
Then, make sure to check how other people view your page by clicking on the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page". Choose a permission group and click the "Go" button.
