Good exercise routine for a beginner.?
Im a 22 year old single mom of a 6month old...I go to school full time...and I have a full time job...how I do it beats me...lol...but I have found time to go to the gym 5 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. I really dont know where to start. I really cant afford a personal trainer so any advise on what to do will be greatly appreciated. I start today..and will do so on the treadmill for about 30 minutes...after that, I dont know where to go...help!!

I'd suggest going on www.bodybuilding.com, and in the womens section they have article full of workout programs depending on your goals and body type, check it out, its awesome.
