Why is the Obama campaign trying to infringe of freedom of speech and freedom of the press?
First they've sued to have factual ads taken off the air that highlight Obama's relationship w/ Bill Ayers. Now it's learned that they email and text their accolytes to flood talk radio and overwhelm talk shows with calls, emails and hate language if the station interviews anyone who speaks against Obama.
What's next? Riots and physical attacks on radio stations?
Yes Dar, the article above clearly states that they do it, and they're proud of it.

If you look back to see how Obama got elected to the Illinois state legislature and the US Senate in the first place, you will discover a pattern of shyster tactics used to stiffle democracy. Obama has 9000 lawyers on staff to try to do it again. This is not what America needs.

Pleae, enough with the fake outrage.
If Republicans has to focus on issues they would never win another election.
After 2 disasterous Bush regimes, I know what to expect from McCain.
It will be more of the same: wars of choice, corporate bailouts, fraud, and end runs on the Constitution and first amendment rights.
And to answer your question:
Its how we respond to Karl Rove politics.
You won't get by with swiftboating this time. The issue is responding to circumvent and stop " passing off fiction as biography, a Web site spreading baseless conspiracy theories or a TV station airing an ad that makes demonstrably false claims" .

I totally support this.

Liberals will try to stifle any speech that they disagree with. The Dems in Congress are trying to push through the "Fairness Doctrine" to stifle conservative talk shows just because liberal talk shows can't make it on the airwaves.
The riots and physical attacks on radio stations? That will come after Obama loses in November.

More like "Why is this McCain/Obama" campaign not speaking about the 'real' issues of the country, the situation we are in, and they are
focusing on pettiness? They both are 'avoiding' the important
issues.

The campaign actually does that itself? There was an article that recommended it, saying Obama should 'Ron Paul' McCain, but I assure you that we Ron Paul supporters are not centrally directed. We're spontaneous.
