Baby poop looks like what she eats?

My baby is 6 months old and has been eating solids for a little over a month. Recently I started making baby food myself (pureeing single veggies and adding water) and feeding it to her. The food comes out looking like it went in. Is that normal? Ex: when she eats carrots or sweet potatoes the poop is orange and not to sound weird, but it smells sweet too.

yes that is very normal. here go to this website and click on babies and then look for the topic about diapers and you can read about it. babies poop will look like what they eat until they get close to one year when it starts to look more like grown up poop because their little bodies digest food so quickly

just avoid getting it on your fingers and then confuse it with left over food and lick your fingers - sorry feel like having a laugh and it can get lonely and boring at home by myself so this is my entertainment

    Totally normal.

    Good luck!

it`s like that because you are using the pure vegetable and water no artificial flavors or color or added vitamins and iron

i think it's normal due to the fact that babies have a very short digestive tract. it happened to my children all the time and they survived. talk to your pediatrician to be sure.
