  • Problem with Dell inspiron 15R?

I have a Dell inspiron 15R and am constantly having trouble with my printer connecting to it. It works fine and then I get this error that there was an USB error. I have tried two printers and it happened with both. The printers work fine on my other computer. Any ideas?

Also having the computer freeze up pretty much everyday. It just freezes and I can CTRL ALT Delete, but once there it wont do anything but restart sometimes, other times I have to turn the computer off manually. Any advice?

I haven't had this computer long. Maybe a month or so.

  • Cost of Child Care in Southeast Florida?

My employer is considering moving our office to Southeast Florida. I think Boward County area. I am unsure about what full time child care is going to cost down there. I currently have my 2 year old daughter in a licensed USDA program in home daycare and I really like the personal feel of it. Anyone have any idea on the cost or any recommendations for a place like this?

    Thank you in advance.

  • How do I get her to take milk in a sippy cup?

So my daughter is one year old. I want to stop her from using a bottle at all, but we are having a hang up. She uses a cup really well for water and sometimes juice, but will not drink milk from it. She recently started drinking cows milk as well as breast milk and will drink straight cows milk from a bottle, but not the sippy cup. I have tried sippy cups that have a silicone top, so it is more like a bottle. I'm just not sure what to do. I don't want to deprive her of milk by forcing it, she is on the lower side of the weight scale already.

    Thanks.

  • What do you think of this name?

    Kali (like Callie) Elizabeth

I am 36 weeks with a little girl and just wondering what others think of the name I have chosen. The runner up is Kaylee, but when I looked at the baby names for 2007, Kaylee was number 18 and Callie was 90. Wanted something less common.

    Thanks.

  • Flea treatment for my Lhasa Apso?

I have been trying for months now with no real cure. I have tried pills from the vet, K9 advantix, Frontline, I'm not sure what to do for her. I have spent so much money and she is still miserable. It seems to get better for a couple of days with the K9, but no difference at all with the Frontline. I don't know what to do and after charging me $200 the vet didn't help much either. Any suggestions? I don't know if the spot treatments just don't work as well on dogs with hair instead of fur or what. I just want to find some way to help my poor dog.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

  • single moms, please answer?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I know it I have plenty of time to figure this out. Can any single Moms out there tell me what kind of parenting plan you have set up with the father? The father is being very difficult and wants to have our child 50% of the time, which is proven to cause serious emotional issues for infants. They feel no security or stability which is very important at any age, but especially so early on. I know if we go to court he will get very little time and I don't want that either. I want our child to see him a few times a week and I have given him a proposed parenting plan, based on our situation and what is recommended by leading phsycologist in the field and the only guidelines I could find in the state I live in. He thinks that just because other children had problems with this, that ours wont. He is not being reasonable or thinking of our child first. I don't want to go to court. Any advice or examples of court ordered parenting plans would be great.

  • What type of bottle do you recommend?

I want ones that will help prevent extra air. I have heard the drop in plastic liners are great for this, but I plan to be doing a lot of bottle feeding because I will be a single mother, and I hear they get expensive in these cases. Any recommendations, this is my first and I want to do what is best. I have read consumer reports and such, but they just say that you have to make the decision, not what is better. Has anyone used the nipples or other systems that are supposed to prevent extra air?

Thank you for any advice you can give me.

  • How do you divide up custody of infant?

I am currently pregnant and the father and I are no longer together. He does want to be involved and goes to all of the Doctor appointments. I was just wanting to know how others in this situation have divided up custody or time.

He has no experience around children and wont even hold his friends babies, so I am very nervous about him with the baby already.

I am almost 15 weeks 6 days now and this is my first.

  • I can't explain mild anxiety attacks while pregnant.....?

I will be just laying there or sitting there, nothing in particular upsetting me, and get that sick anxiety feeling in my stomach and my heart starts pounding. It feels like when I am going somewhere I am unsure about or have to talk to someone about something I don't want to. I feel like a ton of butterflys in my stomach. I don't know why though. It has happened twice in the last 24 hours and one other time at the end of last week. Twice I was laying down and now I am just sitting at my desk at work. I don't know what this is, but it is starting to bother me.

  • What is this burning in my throat?

My throat has been burning off and on for several weeks now and I am not sure why or what I can do to help it. I do think it is heartburn because I have not had chest pain. It just burns in my throat like I just threw up, but I didn't.

I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and don't know if that is why, but I think it may be.

Anybody else have this, without the chest pain?

  • What will help my dog gain weight?

My year old Lhasa seems a little skinny to me. She doesn't look unhealthy, but I think she needs a little more meat on her bones. What will help her gain a little weight? She is a picky eater and goes from being a pig to a bird from day to day.
