Christian Magic 8 Ball?
I was just answering a question, and was thinking if Christianity were a Magic 8 ball, the answer you would most likely get is: "You will Burn in the eternal Lake Fire/Pit of Hell, you Unbeliever."
What might the other answers be, and what would the Magic 8 Ball look like? I was thinking maybe a Jesus on the Cross, and when you shake him, the answer comes up in his stomach.
(Someone's going to get really peeved off by this, but I'm curious as to what other people think it might say.)
Maybe "Convert or Die, You Blasphemer!"
Universal Pants - that is freakin' hilarious. But why is Jesus Pink?
Marthadog08 - Um, I don't think that will quite fit.

You answered that to MY question, and I found it quite hilarious xD
A Christian Magic 8 Ball would definitely have, "You will Burn in the eternal Lake Fire/Pit of Hell, you Unbeliever." It should also have something like "Believe what I say or I'll hurt you," since that is what all Christians are like.

Well, when I was a christian the magic 8 ball always said "f**k you". God was too difficult for me to deal with anymore. I cut the ties with him, he wasn't nice.

using fact maximum (no longer all) Christians purely repeat what they have heard from their pastor, Bible-study chief, concentration on the kin e book, Verses they study in tracts which they hand out to others yet understand no longer the particularly Biblical books those verses come from, etc. So of direction one is often going to hearken to the `Romans highway' from them and constantly the bathroom 3:sixteen using fact maximum Christians do no longer study the Bible for themselves, by utilising themselves, workout severe theory nor do maximum Christians have a stable draw close of historic past nor the place their faith comes from. That stated, besides the indisputable fact that, the comparable might nicely be stated of adherents of all international religions. i do no longer elect to easily %. on Christians here. From own experience i will attest that each and one and all Jews do no longer, themselves, study the Tanakh nor do all Hindus study the Gita, etc etc etc. interior america, besides the indisputable fact that, it is quite stressful, problematical and makes-me-elect-to-scream to hearken to Christians proceed to repeat Matthew 7 or Romans 7 and eight or John 3 repeatedly as though by utilising dint of repetition i would be `stored'. That God became resourceful sufficient to create a hummingbird yet Christians are no longer resourceful sufficient to return up with greater suitable arguments for his or her faith is a telling element.

Praying to a god is just like asking the Magic 8 ball for something. Answers: Yes, No, wait/try again.

There is one source for God's truth. It is found in His word. God loves us unconditionally. I don't have to earn his love or his favor. I don't have to promise to do only good things. He requires only that I believe in Him and his son Jesus Christ who died on the cross for my sins. I asked for and received forgiveness. I received the gift of eternal life, unconditional love, and peace. I also received a desire to share this unconditional love with others, even with those who choose not to accept God's truth and his love. This love and this faith bring me hope for today and for eternity. I wouldn't want anything less.

Proverbs 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
1John 5:13-15 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
