lose weight! homecoming in one week! HELP?

Hi guys :]

well, homecoming is in one week!

i have just tried my dress on for the first time in one month.

it is SO tight.

it still fits, but i can barely breathe! :[

any super fast tips on how i can lose some inches off my body ASAP!?

i have one week!

    Go on the 5-4-3-2-1 diet for one weeks.

    Follow it exactly and don't cheat! You can find the diet on the page below. You pick the food but the diet helps you eat small amounts. Choose highly nutritious foods because that will be more satisfying and keep your metabolism strong.

    Drink plenty of water to keep your system flushed and to help you feel full. Give up soda, even diet, and all other sweet drinks as well. Chew sugar-free gum between meals if you need a flavor in your mouth.

    Do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.

    Power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, and jumping jacks.

    Since you have one week, it's possible that you could lose anywhere from .5 to 2lbs HEATHILY. Anymore than that would be water weight and will come right back. Cut down on your calories by about 250cals and exercise for at least one hour a day to burn another 250cals for a daily total of 500cals, which in one week will = 1lb of fat loss.
