Should the Iraqi Govt. buy some U.S. banks with $79 Billion Surplus?

    why shouldn't the USA pay to rebuild Iraq, after all, the USA caused all the major damage there and accomplished nothing. and i mean nothing, i do not care what the media says or Bush flying Mission Accomplished banners. the USA has accomplished nothing but breaking all world records for the country who owes the most money........LOL

    I reckon they should buy the lot at firesale prices- @ 2-5 billion, which is what they are worth right now, to be honest. The real problem is the ability to find some good accountants and bank managers to run these things since its become obvious to us that Americans can't count.
