Winnie-the-Pooh has also been referred to as "Edward Bear", and also was given "he" and "him" pronouns in the original book by A. A. Milne.

Winnie the Poohs real gender is male, he was a character made up to be the authors sons friend, christopher (the son) and his friends, all male characters except roos mom but she came along much later :)

HAHA it has no Gender its a cartoon....depending on the voice, people portray the character to be either male or female.
