Nutrition for the Older Adult, how many servings of each food group?

I have to do a report about the Older Adults (65 years old to death), one section is nutrition. From the research i have done i have come to know that there is a modified food pyramid for the older adult. however there are no servings listed.

What are the nutrition needs for the older adults?

(how many servings of each food group?)

Yeah, in many situations. First, seem on the palm of their hand. this could be a serving. do not neglect a cup of milk is something like 3 servings there. My daughter's hand is extremely small, 2-3 bites and that's very nearly 2 servings. :P So it relatively is like, she gets a bowl of cereal, a million/4 of an english muffin (with raisons) and a million/4 of yogurt and that's 3-4 grains and a million-2 servings of dairy in basic terms in breakfast. a million/4 of a sandwich for lunch with some carrots or tomatoes, some crackers and cheese, a cheese stick, 3 bites of meat with dinner and yet another 3 bites of greens, plus yet another cup of milk someplace in there, and growth. She's surely hitting that if not over. it relatively is not countless nutrition that they might desire to fulfill the standards. My son is 9 months previous and his hand is very nearly as enormous as my 3 12 months previous's, so their serving sizes are certainly the comparable and he eats better than she does (he's starting to be greater actual now.) it relatively is all so individualistic. Plus, bear in concepts it relatively is greater important that their nutrition is greater over each week than in an afternoon. So in the event that they get greater protein on monday than tuesday it is very nicely. It balances out.
