Well I saw a girl riding a motorcycle with a sun dress and sandals on and no helmet once so. I guess i would think could be worse.

you know. it pisses me off because in a car we are demanded BY LAW to wear a seat belt. in an enclosed vehicle. as where, and i know any accident can be bad, but we have less of a chance of getting the injuries in an enclosed vehicle compared to a cyclist or any sort. if they are on a highway and wreck...have nothing to protect them on, especially their head, they're most likely to sustain worse injuries compared to those in a vehicle.
