How did your boyfriend or husband asked you to marry him?

we were swimming with the dolphins in the bahamas. the dolphin brought me the ring and he asked me right there in the water. it was the most creative way i could ever think of!

We were vacationing with friends in Mexico, and while they were off doing some other activity we went to the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza for the day. When we returned the friends were out to dinner on a booze cruise.. my b/f at the time said hey, we'd walk over to McDonalds across the street for dinner. When we got down to the lobby the concierge pulled us to the side and escorted us to a table for two set up privately on the beach. It was amazing and a total surprise. If you knew my fiance you would have never guessed he could be so thoughtful and romantic! I was in heaven and it was a perfect night!

My husband proposed on Saint Patrick's Day, we had a huge party and everyone was over. He first presented me with a white rose with green tips, and then brought me into the living room with everyone around. He started joking about how I wouldn't be able to deal with him my whole life, I told him that if I had made it this far the rest would be easy. He then got down on one knee and asked me to prove it and become his wife. Everyone was clapping and cheering. It was perfect.

My hubby proposed to me on Christmas morning. We had been talking about it for so long and we had even went and looked at rings in October so i really thought he had changed his mind or something...i mean i was totally expecting him to break my heart. But on Christmas morning i went out in our living room and there was a huge box....well of course i had to see what was in it. He sat there the whole time as i opened about 5 boxes and when i finally got to the small one i was in shock when there was nothing in it. ha ha At that point i turned around with a puzzled look on my face to find him on one knee with the ring.

It might sound incredibly cheesy but i thought it was romantic.

he took me to this children's park, i love kids, that had several stories of wooden castles and he chased me up to the highest one and i was hiding from him in the little cubby hole of the tallest one and he got down to my level stood me up and got on one knee and pulled out the ring right there. So romantic, this was all at sunset and the sun was twinkleing through the thick mass of trees that covered the park....ahhh i remember that day like it was yesterday!

On our two year anniverssary, at the restaurant where we had our first date. he proposed right before dessert.

To me it was so romantic.

well im only 14 but l;ike my aunt and uncle my aunt she was all like so you wana get married or what? hes like sure hahaha i thought that was sweet and then my parents got proposed they were on this cliff over huntington beach and yeah sunset all that **** :)

I've not had my boyfriend ask me yet, but getting paranoid if he's waiting for me to propose :-D
