J1 Visa Waiver Process?
Just filed the first packet to the US state department, but there is instructions to send a bar code to the embassy of the applicant (Philippines). Should I do that at the same time I file the other packet or wait for the SASE to be issued? Also, do I just mail that barcode out and it will handle itself or do I have to call the embassy too? Thanks.
