Orange Keystone Beer Can?
My hubby bought some Keystone tonight and there was an orange can in there. I briefly looked on their website, but I can't figure out the significance of it. Does anyone out there know what the heck this orange can means???? And...if you do know...please provide a link or something so we can figure this out. Thanks in advance!!!!

It's called a Keystelope. It's just something they do occasionally to make buying the case fun (other than getting drunk for cheap). Rumor is that since Keystone Light is basically the bottom of the barrel of Coors Light, the Keystelope (Orange Can) is filled with Coors Light.
It's something fun to try and search for when you buy a rack of Keystone Light. Being a college kid, we basically see who can collect the most orange cans. The box comes with a cutout mount that you can put on your wall as bragging rights I suppose.
"The hunt for the orange can" is another little activity they have for buying a case of Keystone Light. It's similar to the idea of the cases having the capability of cutting holes in them to play a ghetto version of cornhole.

No such thing as "bottom of the barrel". As a fellow beer brewer, it's Coors Light, repackaged. It's cheaper than Coors Light because the Coors Light Silver Bullet commercials and all the imaging cost $$$. But SHHHH!!!! Don't tell anyone cuz Keystone Light will go up in price.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTQlnkJVeC4 This shows a cool video called The Life of the Orange Can I liked it. I have consumed my fair share of keystone and have never heard of this. I usually stick to stoney Ice though, so that could be why.

They are hoping you save the can and don't drink it. That one less beer you drink is one more you need to buy sooner. Ultimately, you'll have collected 30 orange cans and will have bought an extra case of beer you wouldn't have otherwise. GREAT MARKETING!

I won nothing other than a damn orange can??? I drink these by the case, cause I like the light element of them. I thought I had a lotto on this orange can! That stinks!
