Who do you think is happier, a Republican or a Democrat?

Republicans are paranoid.

Paranoids can never be happy because even if they are happy, they are afraid someone will take whatever makes them happy away.

Therefore Democrats are happier because we know how to ride with the tide and go with the flow.

Republicans. They refuse to see that not everything is black and white...that there is a LOT of gray area in between. It is always easier to say, "They hate us for our freedoms" than to actually look into the real reasons why they hate us, it is easier to say 'gay marriage destroys the sanctity of marriage' than to actually look at all of the straight marriages ruining the sanctity of marriage and the gay couples who are committed, loving, caring people who simply want to be treated equally under the law.

When you don't have to worry or question any of that, I would guess life is a lot easier and less stressful.

In general when there is no election going on Republicans are happier people.

Democrates are always complaining and wanting more.

Optimists are happier people. Complainers and whiners might enjoy themselves, but they make everyone around them miserable. Yeah, it's really not a political question.

Republicans live in an altered state. They are happier.

Presently, I don't think either one is particularly happy given the present economic crisis.

Other than that, I really don't believe a person's political affiliation has much to do with their overall happiness.

Maybe liberal shennagians from Democrap Party. On a second thought, they're whiners

I think happiness is up to the individual and not really political party related.

How can anyone be happy with a government who already taxes us up the wah zoo wants 850 billion more? Are you serious?
