In Texas, is it relevant to a custody hearing if one party has subsequently voluntarily terminated their ?
parental rights to a different child?
He had child A with woman A, and child B with woman B.
If he gave up rights to child B, does/could that have any bearing on a judges decision about child A?

Could you be more specific, your question is kind of confusing. Do you mean terminate their rights to the child the custody hearing is about? Or a child that's not theirs? I don't get what you mean about a different child.

so you are say the man has two children and he gave up his rights too child one and is fighting for child two?
It might have some bearing if you can prove the man only wants to avoid paying child support.
