Unmarried mother with a 5 year old C.S.A Advice needed?

Unmarried mum with a 5 year old daughter, left hostile father 18 months ago never recieved a penny maintenance from him, although he will make a big effort at christmas and birthdays usually outdoing her. He has recenty lost his job so even less chance of getting anything from him. What could she do? What rights does he have? He owes her thousands from a loan he took out, she has already written that off, but must this go on? How hard could she be on him to make him see sense and provide for his daughter? Any answers on this much appreciated

I would personally turn him in. No matter what he has to pay child support. I come from a broken family. I am a father my self now, it is his responsibility. My father never paid a cent to my mother and she had 4 kids with him. I would consider a dead beat dad if he does not pay.

Contact your local child support office, often times they will issue warrants for arrest.
