How do i make a complaint about Continental Airlines?

I would try to contact the airline directly through their online contact form. I have contacted Delta several times using this method and I always get a quick, personal response.

Stand in line, there are thousands of us before you. Most of us will tell you to save your breath, its a waste of time trying to get any satisfaction from them. But if you have nothing else better to do for the next, lets say 6 months, you can try.

You know something, I rarely lose my temper, but that idiot numskull who had the temerity to give me a thumbs down has made me see red. I dare you to have the guts to come on and tell us why. To the questioner, Do you in your best moment think that for one tiny second that they are a bit interested in any thing that you have to say??, well I hate to be the one to break it to you, but they dont. Do you think for one second that they do not know they give awful service? so what if they are going somewhere and you need to go, what are you going to do?. I will tell you again, you are the bottom of a big pile of folks wanting to complain, forget it and do something that may improve your life. There must be bigger wasters of time trying to complain to them, but frankly I can not think what it can be.
