If Hitler is found alive today, would he still be liable for trial? It have been 60 years.

Yes, he would. Although, as has been pointed out, it would be unlikely that he would still be alive today! There is no limitation on crimes against humanity as I understand it. Also, he could be liable under the domestic legislation of various countries for crimes committed against their people or on their soil.
Hope that helps.

If Hitler were alive today if caught would be charged with crimes against humanity and have to stand trial for war crimes.

If alive and found he should be tried and executed when found guilty.
But what about all those other mass murderers that the loony left conveniently forget because of their political alignment with them. Look at how many mass killers Communism and the African dictators have produced.

Not in Germany and some other countries. They have a Statute of Limitation so that unless you are brought to trial in a certain time you get away with it. In UK this does not apply in criminal investigations

No!Some years ago Germany passed a law stating that all Nazi War Criminals would not be prosecuted!
Whether the Israelis and Russians would agree with that is another matter!

If Hitler were alive today he'd be 119 years old so...he's not alive today.
He's currently burning in hell.
But if he were alive yes, he'd still be in trouble.

He would have to be - there would be no good cause for exempting him after his henchmen had already been tried (and some executed) for the same crimes. We'd have no choice but to try him again.

No, not at all. The courts would have no rights over him, because as is very conveniently forgotton he was elected in by the German people. The European Court in the Hague however, was not.
Isn't that strange?

Yes he would be; however he died on Monday 30 April 1945 - he committed suicide by taking cyanide and shooting himself.
