what's going on with my irritated nose?

any help would be appreciated here. I did a bike race the other day, and it was on a dirt road, and a lot of dust was in the air with all the riders. I'm sure I breathed a lot in. After the race, my right nostril (or higher?) was super irritated, and I've been sneezing a ton and have a constantly runny nose now. I tried a sinus rinse but it didn't help. What's going on, and what should I do?

Update:

well, not sure anything big or hard is stuck up there, but am worried that some dirt dust has irritate either the nose or sinus. i would have thought the wash would have helped.

    It is an allergic rhinitis.

Actifed syrup 1teaspoon three times will help to relieve the condition. You can try one and half teaspoons three times too.

It's very likely, that if it's still persisting, something is stuck up there. I would suggest going to the doctor asap, cause your nose is nothing to mess around with. It can cause major issues with equilibrium, and can even be harmful if not treated!
