cartoon halloween movie i saw as a kid?

Question

okay so i saw this like 8ish years ago i thiiink, or a while ago anyway.it was a cartoon halloween movie but i tottally forget what it was called.

plot(i thiink):okay so i think its about these kids who are chasing after this other kid or the ghost a their friend or something because he stole his pumkin(had freckles like him too i beleive) not HIS pumkin but like the one that repreasented him from like a tree or a patch. But there was like this old creepy guy who said he had to return the pumkin (im noit sure if he was bad or good) and he like follows the kids on the chase/search...

thatss all i remember, sorry if its to confusing =[

Yep, definitely  Ray Bradbury's The Halloween Tree,  and it is a great classic for kids and adults alike.  Do yourself a favor and watch it again as an older person and you will still love it. good question... I save in techniques on a similar time as i replaced into little I watch caricature action image...
