When a person rubs some one else's mistake in their face. I can't think of a word for it at all, but I know there is one.

Unsympathetic, vindivtive, vicious, mean, and nasty person. Stay away from such a person, unless they do it as a joke, with a smile.
Wait your turn, they will make a mistake and you can get revenge....
