Drinking milk is not bad for you its actually the opposite, it helps you bones to get stronger and it adds more calcium to your teeth and bones!

Source(s): I've drank milk since I was a baby and I haven't broken a bone in my whole life / yet! Good Luck!

There are answers on both sides. Milk has calcium which is good for you, but there are other sources. Too much milk is bad for you. It replaces other foods that you need. Full cream milk puts on weight. Plain yoghurt is good for you, but flavoured yoghurt is usually full of sugar and other things which aren't too good. Some cheeses are full of all sorts of additives, but others are purer. Whatever you eat or drink, moderation is important.

unless your lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy products and are taking medications that you can take with dairy products -yes, its bad.

if not, milk and majority of dairy products are good for

getting calcium. good calcium levels are best started

at an early age to avoid getting weak bones later on

    as we age.

    hope this helps. :]

    As far as I've heard:

Children (ages 0-16) NEED to drink milk to keep their bones strong.

However, adults can drink milk, but they can't drink to much because it could cause kidney stones, & it just isn't healthy for them.

I know that cheese is good for you, but in moderation. Because if you eat to much cheese you could get constipated.

    Hope I helped :)

no, because they have lots of calcium they are good for health

however, if you are allergic against milk products (lactose)

    it is different

Why would it be? I think that if it would be bad for you, then the markets wouldn't carry so much of it.
