Mobile Traffic Cameras?
I went past this guy in a high visibility jacket yesterday on an A road in England and he was looking into a small camera and then there was a bit of wire that went to another small camera, the type that you got in the mid 1990's. It was on a tripod but wasn't like any of the mobile speed cameras ive ever seen, both cameras were completely bare and not in the usual yellow boxes or those hand held hairdryer types, and the guy was not a Police Constable.
What do you think this camera was for? Monitoring the volume of Traffic for council records?

I wouldnt worry , in the UK , if you are caught with a handheld device , there is always officers further on the route to pull you and advise you and give you a ticket.
