I have always been scared to use tampons but I have got to start as I think that my lovely period will clash with the Triathlon I'm training for! I haven't really used them before so what should I look when buying them? Size, brand etc??

Also how can I make it more pleasant for myself like getting them in properly? How do you know when its fitted properly? Someone said to use vaseline as that helps.

If anyone can help that would be great, as I'm meant to be swimming training on Sunday and at the moment I won't be able to go.

Usually when you get a txt message on a Sony Ericsson this displays as an even on the main screen to show you the person sending the txt and a section of the message. However this seems to have turned itself off on my phone and now I just get the little envelope symbol.

Does anyone know how to turn this feature back on? I'm pretty sure that its called an event and lots of things are displayed like this not just txt messages.

As i said above its my first and i don't know what kind of wet suit to buy. Is there such a thing as a suit that covers all 3 disciplines or is it better to get out of the wet suit and into new clothes for the cycle??

Any suggestions of places to buy in the South East area of the Uk would be good, im 40 Min's from London. Or just general tips and hints would be really appricated!

When i click to defragment my laptop asks me to confirm that i am the administrator which i do and then nothing happens.

I have tried several times to defragment now and everytime nothing happens.

My friend is having an MRI Scan and i've had one on my knee but didnt drink anything before it. I know she had to drink a chalky substance before she had hers and know that she has been operated on to have some lumps removed i'm just wondering if this drink is to do with that.

Ive got a car ariel that retacts into the bonnet when the radio isnt on. However with all this winter weather it keeps getting stuck mid way down. What shall i use to help this. Ive tried WD40 but didnt work that well, and grease might be a bit sticky. Any ideas?

I went past this guy in a high visibility jacket yesterday on an A road in England and he was looking into a small camera and then there was a bit of wire that went to another small camera, the type that you got in the mid 1990's. It was on a tripod but wasn't like any of the mobile speed cameras ive ever seen, both cameras were completely bare and not in the usual yellow boxes or those hand held hairdryer types, and the guy was not a Police Constable.

What do you think this camera was for? Monitoring the volume of Traffic for council records?

Im getting a kitten who has been litter trained by the breader, however when she comes to my home the litter will be in a different place and will be a different litter box. How do i teach her where it now is so she can start using it as soon as she gets here.

The breeder is providing me with some of her soiled litter so hopefully that will help. Shall i put her in the box straight away?

I'm thinking about getting a cat and a Ragdoll seems like a great option, the only thing that's slightly putting me off is the size. Does anyone know if there is a breed that has the laid back docile temperament like a ragdoll but is smaller?

OK so i want to get a new set of bathroom scales a mine are broken but im blinded by science! I know some do BMI, Bone Density etc but i have no idea what ones are good and accurate.

Hi just wondering if anyone has the same prob as me, in that when you use the hot blowers not much air comes out of the ones below the windscreen to dismist the windscreen.

What blower setting is it best to have it on as i really dont seem to get any air coming out of the vents at all.

I bought a car the other week and the reg is Y** TUD the * are for the 2 numbers.

I know the usually u get 3 numbers on the old style plates but mine only has 2 is this normal or is it a personalised one?

Hey anyone know of any sports shops that sell Slouch socks suitable for Netball? ive looked in all the usual ones JJB etc but no luck. I dont really wanna get them online so im wondering if ive just been really blinde and not seen them.
