well i'm severely sorry about the grammar...It says "It's In To Be Out" with the apostrophe. I hope that you with weak hearts are o.k...and what i mean to be clear is that would people think that you are gay...
Abby- it's supposed to mean it's cool to come out of the closet. It's the new "thing" (i guess) to be openly gay.

Unless your gay, it's very weird for you to wear it. People will assume you are gay. It wont offend gay people, its a good message
