Is Barrack Obama more interested in controlling wealth than creating it?

I'd like to hear some opinions from both sides...not just from people being paid to troll.

Update:

Yes I teach m y daughter to be independent and be responsible for her own life....and also I'm an artist so I teach her not to take crap jobs with long hours and long commutes and crappy pay rates. have a nice day!

I think Obama wants to "spread the wealth", as he said in Ohio. I don't understand why anyone thinks it is wrong for someone that earns $4,000,000 a year to only pay 25% in taxes. That is one million dollars... more than the "average Joe" would pay in a lifetime.

To me that sounds like punishing the person that was smart enough to figure out a way to make a lot of money, and reward those that choose to sit and let the government take care of them. Before anyone gets their shorts tied in a knot, I personally know quite a large number of people that fit into this category.

No matter what Obama say, his plan is not for the middle class... it will be for the lower class/poverty level folks. Some truly need the help, but there are a lot out there that choose to be where they are because it is easier to take the government hand-out than it is to get off their butts and get a job.

Personally, to stop all of the whining, I would go to a flat tax of 10%. Everyone pays 10% of their earnings to federal tax. No more itemizing, no more write-offs; no more earned credits, deductions, exemptions, nothing. Everyone pays 10%, period, end!

On top of that, I would end the cap on Social Security earnings. Everyone should pay into social security for as long as they are earning an income and they should pay on it whether they earn $20k or $26 million a year.

Changing those ways of handling taxes would solve a lot that is wrong with this country.

I somewhat agree with barrack obama he said to joe the plumber to spread the wealth around i agree in spreading my wealth with people who barely got anything not with other people who has alot and dont offer nothing back in return. So pretty much i am a Obama person but i dont like to spread my wealth to the people whose already rich and living the wealthy lives.

And all these talks to the first and middle class drives me to another question.

What about the third or lower class that they never talk about i never heard of none of them talk about the third class not even once i mean seriously that is more ridiculous but more or then its all about forgetting the third class and worry about the people who has alot of money.

I would simply get everyone involved even the third class who can make money and work but dont get enough because of the economy.

But in the end it seems that Barrack Obama wants to control the wealth and probably creating a new one so that people who makes money dont have to share if that person makes money under $250.000 a year or in years.

How do people become rich? They sell things for other people to buy. Now, since our economy is worth less than crap right now, how do you expect the rich to remain rich if the rest of the country can't afford to buy?

If you tax the rich and give breaks to the poor- this helps the rich get richer since people will be able to afford their merchandise and the poor get a better standard of life. How is this bad in any way?

General Motors lost tons of money because nobody can afford to buy anything right now. If people had a break on taxes, then guess what? They could buy a car from GM!

Well, if you consider the Bill Clinton years a horrible time for America then you will likely think the same of Obama. If you recognize that the Clinton years were great times then prepare for some good times. Obama's tax increase will be on at much higher threshold (250 thousand) than Clinton's (100 thousand).

The extremely rich (Money People) control weath - Not Barrack Obama Or John McCain. Not much will change whoever gets in because they (Politicians) always have to answer to these people.

I believe he wants to take money from those earning it and give it to those who refuse to contribute.

I believe, with universal health care, I've been working my entire life for nothing. I started at entry-level jobs and was able to work my way into a career with excellent benefits, which includes health care. I believe I will lose the ability to see my own doctor.

I believe those who abuse the existing will continue to do so, but on a higher scale.

I believe those who actually NEED the support of the system will suffer as well.

Tax me to support the TRULY needy and TRULY disabled. Do not tax me to give equal treatment to the pieces of sh*t who refuse to work.

Yes. Because his people can never achieve anything higher than the bottom of the barrel, his church teachings tell him to hate people who they perceive as keeping them down. If he becomes president, he will take that ideology and punish those with money to give to the bottom feeders.

Yes, he's not come out with any programs or ideas that promote the creation of wealth. Everything he has ever spoken about was to take the wealth away.

If he's telling the truth, then I think the idea is to take some of the burden off those of us who are already struggling and putting it on those who benefit from our struggles.
