yeah you're right the same thing happened to me too! when you work out you have to make sure, you have the right amount of fat that you want to turn into muscle, here are some foods you can eat it helped me TRUST ME i know some diets require salad but not enough nutrients your body needs, first you have to start by getting all the carbohydrates ypur body need by eating some simple stuff like pastas, bread and as much grains as you can this helps control the amout of nutrients your body is getting .

I don't beleive there are foods that will make your fingers, wrists and arms larger. Your body has a way of distributing fat and it's not something you can control. The only way to make your body more proportionate is by dieting and excercise and I would focus on eliminating fat around your stomach and thighs.

Stay away from carbs and sugar. Some carbs are okay but make sure its fruits, vegetables and grains, no holloween candy! Eat lean meats only (fish and chicken) stay away from fried food and red meat. Limit your dairy intake. Try to eat 5 small smeals a day.

Do some daily cardio exercise and focus on upper body workouts :o)

So do you want fat or muscle? If you want stronger arms and wrists, do lots of resistence training with weights. Squeezing a tennis with your fingers also works your lower arm. If you just want to spread fat evenly around your body, there is nothing you can do. Where your fat goes is genetic. If you have enough fat it will distribute itself evenly but it is not particularly healthy to be that large.

Honestly, you can't make body parts larger just from eating different foods...even spot reduction (the idea of burning fat off the body part worked) is a myth.

you might try various excercises to strengthen you fingers and wrists.

peanut butter and banana sandwiches. they will aid in overall weight gain. in order to make your arms bigger when you lift make sure you use as heavy weights as you can (doesn't matter how many you can do as long as you do as many as you can). remember: if you want to get bigger high weight and therefore less reps. if you want to tone then low weight and a lot of reps.
