You can install any 939 processor. That isn't saying you will get a good deal on the processor... 939's are old and many people on ebay are charging as if the processor is antique. They know many people that will be buying them will be trying to keep an old computer alive...
Newegg.com doesn't list any 939 processors any more. Here is a list of ebay items...
http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38.l1311&...
Now you can use any of these CPU's that you can or want to afford... I wouldn't pay much more than $50, because you can get an AM2 processor which is much faster and effecient for $50... You also want to make sure the processor you are buying comes with a heatsink fan, or you will have to buy one or use your old one off your current CPU... I would say you would be better off with this, but it will cost you more now...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... AM2 5000 $60 shipped
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... motherboard $94 shipped
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... 2gigs 800mhz ram $30 shipped
Now if you are not using sli on your current motherboard then you don't have to pay that much for a motherboard... You can use this and buy a graphics card later... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

Hey, I had one of those before it got fried. Anyway it's the Athlon 64 FX-60. It's a dual-core processor with each core clocked to 2.6 Ghz. You will be hard pressed to find one for sale today though.

AMD Athlon X2 4800+
at 2.4ghz
