Dealing with constant headaches?
Lately I've had constant headaches - more like a pressure but not throbbing. I know stress can cause headaches and I know I have a bit of stress but I don't fret over it. Fix the problem - Move On!
Just I've been taking a lot of B.C. powder (one nearly everyday) and I'm wondering what's the bad effects this is having on my body. Sure it's getting rid of my headache but what of my liver? heart? blood vessels?
Thanks.

Have you had your blood pressure checked lately? I used to get headaches all the time. I went to the Dr about them and they checked my blood pressure. It was extremely high 160/120. The Dr put me on blood pressure pills right away. I still get them but I have sinus problems now which are causing them. Also a lot of stress. Get your BP checked and it could be a sinus headache depending on where it hurts. You could try a sinus pill to see if that helps your headache. You don't need to worry about your liver, heart, or blood vessels at this point. One a day is nothing to worry about, it's people who take several pills a day that need to worry.

Oh no! I'm so sorry you poor thing!! That is so sad. You did everything you could and I'm sure you gave her a good life all her life. It was probably something genetic and couldn't have been prevented. Try to see if you parents could as your teacher to let you do the exam on another date. Otherwise, if she won't, all you can do is do your best.

i know what you mean i was getting them from stress and still am except with the pressure is also excruciating pain. I went to the dr.s they checked my blood pressure 120/60 extremely low. they determined that as one cause they determined the other cause as stress determining that when i get stressed out i tense up the muscles in the back of my neck and shoulders there for cutting off the blood flow to my brain. they prescribed me 5mg Flexeril and 500mg naproxen it works wonders the head aches are gone with in an hour.

Sugar headaches are very common and in such cases a reduced sugar intake helps. See item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .
