Fiber in Diet can you help me?
Been reading up on use of fiber in the diet and now need to know some dishes and meals that I can make. I want to lose weight. I will have to get rid of the pasta. So any help and suggestions will be appreciated very much.

Ill give you more than you want, you can still eat as much as you eat a day but healthy ill tell you
morning-oatmeal after you loose like 7 pnds have cheerios kashi any of those healthy cereals
brunch-apple
lunch-maybe once in a while have hole wheat sandwhich or healthy rice something like that one dieting thing
dinner-eating something healthy like whole wheat

Fruits, whole grains, and veggies have fiber.
Fruits & veggies are filling and relatively low in calories. For weight loss the main idea is to burn more calories than consumed. You can still eat whatever you want, but you will have to do so in moderation.

Fiber One is a yogurt with fiber...La tortilla factory makes tortillas with 8grams fiber per serving....**Grains also contain fiber** such as all bran cereal, fiber muffins, ect.

add benifiber to some of your foods, it is a product of metamucil and comes in a green container.it dissolves clear and is pretty much tasteless . dont overuse it.
